• Not use the app in any way that may cause harm to yourself or others.
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new physical activity program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

You are solely responsible for your use of the app and any consequences arising from it.

4. Health Disclaimer

Stretch Reminder is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or physical therapy. The content provided in the app is based on general ergonomic and wellness principles and is intended for informational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any stretching or exercise routine. By using the app, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with physical activity and hold Stretch Reminder harmless for any injuries or health issues that may arise.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features of Stretch Reminder are available through paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. The following conditions apply:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Billing is charged through your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Unused portions of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
• Refunds are not provided directly by Stretch Reminder. For payment disputes, please contact Apple Support.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, graphics, and technology within the Stretch Reminder app are the exclusive property of Stretch Reminder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any materials from the app without prior written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any personal preferences, notes, or data you create within the app. By using the app, you grant Stretch Reminder a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
