Welcome to Stretch Reminder, a mobile application designed to promote daily stretch routines and improve your physical well-being. By using our app, you
agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Stretch Reminder, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to
these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

Stretch Reminder offers guided stretch sessions, personalized daily reminders, wellness insights, and habit tracking tailored to your routine and physical
needs. Some features may require a subscription for full access.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Stretch Reminder only for lawful purposes. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your use of the app.
• You must not use the app in any way that may cause harm to yourself or others.
• You will consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new physical activity, especially if you have existing health conditions.

4. Health Disclaimer

Stretch Reminder is not a substitute for medical advice or physical therapy. The app provides general wellness suggestions and routines based on standard
ergonomic practices. Always consult your doctor or physical therapist before starting any stretching program. Use of the app is at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Stretch Reminder offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features.

Subscription Terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Unused portions of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for unused subscription time. If you experience issues or believe a refund is warranted, please contact Apple Support directly, as all
payments are handled by the App Store.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, features, logos, and technology in the app are the property of Stretch Reminder or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or
distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

7. User Content

If the app allows for saving preferences, notes, or other user-generated content:

You retain ownership of your content.

You grant Stretch Reminder a non-exclusive license to use the content to operate and improve the app.

8. Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is collected, used, and stored.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes means you
accept the updated terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stretch Reminder is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the app.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Medellin.
